Registered Yoga Teacher
Michelle is a lifelong athlete and has been running since her feet first hit the ground. After spending over a decade working in the education and training and development arenas, she completed her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training and is now making a career out of helping others find the best version of themselves.
When she’s not writing or facilitating the development of bodies and minds somewhere, she is usually off adventuring with her two young children or getting an exercise-induced endorphin fix on the trail, the mat, or by lifting heavy objects.
